Childcare Services
In conjunction with the conference, we offer professionally organized childcare by LIWABU for the children of conference participants.
The program combines a structured daily routine inspired by preschool practice with a varied week of activities, including movement, creative workshops, and short outings. Our aim is to provide a safe, age-appropriate, and stimulating environment so that parents can participate fully in the conference.
Childcare follows the conference programme, with longer days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, a shorter programme through lunch on Wednesday, and care until mid-afternoon on Friday. Detailed daily hours and pricing are listed below.

Childcare with LIWABU
LIWABU's program is based on principles of early childhood education and combines structured activities with free play. Care is provided in alignment with the conference programme, with longer days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, a shorter programme through lunch on Wednesday, and care until mid-afternoon on Friday. The educational team works on a rotating schedule to ensure continuity of care and legally compliant breaks.
During longer days of care, children particularly benefit from clear daily routines, recurring rituals, opportunities for physical activity, creative activities, and rest periods.
The team consists of 1 educational director / primary caregiver and 2 additional caregivers on a rotating schedule. More information about the provider is available on the LIWABU website.
Schedule and location
Childcare takes place on campus, in the same building as a lot of the parallel sessions, making drop-off and pick-up especially convenient for participants. The childcare fee includes lunches and snacks offered during the conference coffee breaks.
