Graz offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to budget-friendly stays, ensuring there's something to suit your needs. Please note that the event will take place on the campus of the University of Graz. When booking your accommodation, we recommend keeping this in mind to ensure convenient access to the venue.
We have partnered with Graz Tourism to provide a limited number of hotel rooms at special rates for conference attendees. Participants booking through the link will be eligible for a supplementary free public transport ticket for their stay (as long as supplies last).
Some helpful tips for your stay in Graz
- It is easy to go around the city by using the public transportation such as bus or tram. You can use the mobile apps GrazMobil (Android, Apple App Store) or BusBahnBim (via their website, Android, Apple App Store) to search for your connection.
- Graz is a highly bike-friendly city, with an extensive network of well-maintained cycling lanes that make exploring the area both enjoyable and convenient. Its compact size means you can easily reach almost any destination within the city by bike, which is an efficient way to get around. Renting one is simple at local shops, such as those available at https://bicycle.at/en/rent/.
- Emergency Numbers: In case of emergencies, dial 112 for general emergencies, 133 for the police, and 144 for medical assistance.
- Pharmacies are widely available, and many have emergency services outside regular hours.
